High-performance CNC production from Markt Erlbach
Whether CNC turning, milling, grinding or eroding – we manufacture complex components with great precision and adherence to deadlines. Thanks to our in-house production depth and modern equipment, we offer reliable solutions for a wide range of industries and requirements.
CNC milling
With 4- and 5-axis centers, we manufacture complex milled parts precisely and flexibly – from prototypes to small series. CAD/CAM-supported processes ensure maximum repeat accuracy.
CNC turning
We manufacture precise parts on state-of-the-art CNC turning centers – economically and reproducibly. We are also happy to reliably implement complex contours and special dimensions for you on request.
Additional procedure
With grinding and eroding, we are expanding our range of services to include high-precision machining steps – ideal for the finest tolerances, complex geometries and the best surface finishes.
Assembly
We take care of the final mechanical assembly of individual parts, components and small batches for you – efficiently, under control and directly in-house.
Consulting
We support you with production engineering expertise – from feasibility testing to material selection, on a project-related or selective basis.
Quality assurance

Our commitment to the engineers of tomorrow
For over 10 years, we have proudly supported the Formula Student teams of the Technical University of Nuremberg (Strohm und Söhne) and the Technical University of Munich (TUfast). Every year, both teams develop an electric racing car with passion and precision to compete in international Formula Student competitions throughout Europe.
As a long-standing sponsor and technology partner, we provide students with parts, components and spare parts for their vehicles. This allows them to put innovative ideas into practice, gain valuable experience and contribute to the mobility of the future.
Our aim is to promote the next generation of engineers – through practical support, technical expertise and enthusiasm for innovative vehicle technology.
